I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is convenient, right in the center of Palermo, but the surroundings are not the best. The service was helpful and friendly, especially when it comes to getting that perfect caffè latte. The rooms, though clean, were quite noisy and lacked charm. The dining options were limited and repetitive throughout my week-long stay.
